These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Voyage ProHacks Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") regarding your use of our car rental services and website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle from us, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (25+ for premium vehicles)
• Hold a valid full driving licence for at least 12 months
• Provide a valid credit card in your name
• Pass our identity and credit verification checks
• Not be prohibited from renting vehicles by law

3. Rental Agreement

3.1 Booking and Confirmation

All rentals are subject to vehicle availability. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment and successful verification checks. We reserve the right to refuse any rental request.

3.2 Rental Period

The rental period begins when you take possession of the vehicle and ends when you return it to our designated location. Late returns may incur additional charges.

3.3 Vehicle Condition

You acknowledge receiving the vehicle in good working condition and agree to return it in the same condition, subject to normal wear and tear.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Rental Charges

Rental charges include:

• Base rental rate
• Applicable taxes and fees
• Optional extras and services
• Fuel charges (if applicable)

4.2 Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required and will be held on your credit card. The deposit will be released upon satisfactory return of the vehicle.

4.3 Additional Charges

You may be charged for:

• Damage to the vehicle
• Excessive cleaning requirements
• Traffic violations or parking fines
• Late return fees
• Missing items or equipment

5. Insurance and Liability

5.1 Insurance Coverage

Basic insurance is included with all rentals, covering third-party liability as required by UK law. Additional coverage options are available for purchase.

5.2 Excess and Deductibles

You are responsible for any excess amounts specified in your rental agreement. Excess waiver options are available to reduce your liability.

5.3 Excluded Coverage

Insurance does not cover:

• Damage caused by negligence or misuse
• Personal belongings
• Damage to tyres, wheels, or undercarriage
• Damage caused by unauthorised drivers

6. Vehicle Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the vehicle for illegal purposes
• Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Allow unauthorised persons to drive
• Use the vehicle for racing or competitions
• Transport hazardous materials
• Modify or alter the vehicle
• Use the vehicle outside the UK without permission

7. Breakdown and Accidents

7.1 Breakdown Assistance

24/7 breakdown assistance is provided. Contact our emergency number immediately if the vehicle breaks down.

7.2 Accident Procedure

In case of an accident, you must:

• Ensure safety and call emergency services if needed
• Contact us immediately
• Not admit fault or liability
• Obtain details of all parties involved
• Complete an accident report form

8. Cancellation and Refunds

8.1 Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your booking:

• More than 48 hours before rental: Full refund
• 24-48 hours before rental: 50% charge
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

8.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to vehicle unavailability, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Full refunds will be provided in such cases.

9. Data Protection

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We may share information with third parties as necessary for providing our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Delays or interruptions in service
• Personal belongings left in vehicles

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
